The coastal regions of the Southern United States are culturally diverse places with broad ranges of Culinary styles and cooking methods. We have Intentionally chosen to design our restaurant and menu with strong influences from these very fun and sunny places in the world. You will find on our menu recipes from Texas, Louisiana, Alabama, Florida, Georgia and the Carolina’s Occasionally we may even steal a recipe from South of the border. (Mexico) Our broad-based menu gives us lots of latitudes when it comes to cooking. Not only will you find finger-licking smoked food on our menu, but you will also find; seafood, southern fried,slowly-braised and barbecue grilled.
